Read Detail Review
Directed by Harish Vyas (of Punjabi rom com Proper Patola fame), this film is unusual, unusual from the typical romcoms and from other NFDC films.
It’s not intense or philosophical, and at the same time not too casual or unemotional.
Alekh (Story) – Patkatha (Screenplay)
Mid-life marital crisis story and light-hearted script made for a great narration. The combination is atypical and that’s the very reason the film stands out.
It is a happy zone and balanced film, not to over logical to steal away the quirk the film offers, or not too casual to eclipse the emotional touch it has.
Not a wee bit unrealistic, everything is believably easy going in the film, and that the part that shines the most.
For audiences with a dabbang appetite, films like these might seem dull and unexciting. But let us tell us, films like these have two heroes, the cast and the city it is shot in that adds volumes to the story.
Sanjay Mishra is unbelievably fabulous. Not that we didn’t expect anything less from the great actor, but the role he pulled off is too cool and cute.
Pankaj Tripathi, in a romantic role, is a delight. He is just too adorable. The ladies Shivani Raghuvanshi as Preeti and Ekavali Khanna as Kiran Batra steal the show, they are effortlessly great in their act. Anshuman Jha is pleasing and convincing.
Geet Sangeet (Music)
The music of the film is feel good and just as sweet and simple like the film.
Nirnay (FilmyCurry Verdict)
Expressions and Expressing are the way of life, are the way of love. That’s what this sweet film is about.
Watch it for its naturalness and modesty.
