Alekh (Story) – Patkatha (Screenplay)
So, what is Chhichhore all about. Annirudh (Sushant Singh Rajput) and Maya’s (Shraddha Kapoor) son commits suicide and is in a hospital. He feels he is a loser. Annirudh decides to get all his college mates to meet his son and then the movie goes back and forth showcasing the college life of Annirudh, Maya and their gang.
Firstly, if you have passed out college this film will take you back to your college days. It is a nostalgia trip. It will make you laugh and even make your eyes moist. There are many funny moments in the film that will remind you of your college gang. And well, even if you are currently in college then this film is a must watch for you especially with your friends to understand the true meaning of friendship. One thing that everyone will do after watching the movie is that they will call up their friends and talk to them. Well yes, it is that effective.
After interval the pace of the screenplay gets a bit slow and you start feeling that it is getting streched. But soon the movie picks up once again.
After a long time we have seen a proper ensemble cast film. While the most famous faces in the film are Sushant and Shraddha, each and every actor gets a chance to shine. Sushant is really good in his part. Shraddha, who was a weak element in Saaho last week, impresses with her performance here. Varun Sharma finally gets to do something different and he is quite good. Tahir Raj Bhasin will make you sit back and notice him. Prateik Babbar is a surprise package, Naveen Polishetty is good, and Tushar Pandey and Saharsh Shukla leave a mark.
Geet Sangeet (Music)
The music of the film is composed by Pritam is quite good. Fikar Not is a track that will be loved by everyone.
Nirnay (FilmyCurry Verdict)
Chhichhore is a must watch and has everything a moviegoer wants.
