A light-hearted feel-good film
Saif Ali Khan is known for his good looks and swag. We have loved him in movies like Hum Tum and Cocktail. Now he is back with the same good looks and swag on the big screen in Jawaani Jaaneman. But this time there’s a twist.

Nitin Kakkar has made some wonderful films in the past and Jawaani Jaaneman is not an exception. He has got the emotions right making us leave the theatre happily with a smile.
Alekh (Story) – Patkatha (Screenplay)
Jazz (Saif Ali Khan) is a man in his 40s but he still believes he is very young. His life takes a turn when a 21-year-old girl named Tia (Alaya F) enters his life and claims to be his daughter. How will Jazz manage this situation in his life, takes the story forward…
The story is quite new and something that we haven’t seen in Bollywood before. But the screenplay could have been better especially in the first half. However the movie becomes much better in the second half. The writers have written the second half so well that there are plenty of funny moments as well as there is perfect emotions in it.
This is Saif Ali Khan’s zone and the actor has played the character of Jazz wonderfully. Alaya F is superb as a debutante she is just too good. She has delivered more than what we expected from her. Tabu shines in her extended cameo. Kubra Sait is impressive.
Geet Sangeet (Music)
While we get to hear Ole Ole in the starting credits of the film and Gallan Kardi in the end credits, we wish the makers had included a couple of more good songs in the narrative.
Nirnay (FilmyCurry Verdict)
Jawaani Jaaneman is one of those films where you just forget everything for two hours and enjoy a good film. When you come out of the theatres there’s a smile on your face.
