A film with the perfect amount of romance, action, drama and thrill
Mohit Suri is known for making romantic-thrillers. His recent release Malang also falls into the same genre. While the trailer and the songs of Malang were quite good even the film has turned out to be very good.
Watch it If you like -
All the actors have performed wonderfully. Music is top notch. Interesting story and good narration.
But Beware of -The first half takes time during the build up.

Mohit Suri’s last directorial Half Girlfriend received mixed reviews and was also an average grosser at the box office. It was a pure romantic film. But Mohit’s favourite genre is romantic-thrillers and with Malang he is back with a bang. His narration is perfect and the film doesn’t bore us at all.
Alekh (Story) – Patkatha (Screenplay)
Advait (Aditya Roy Kapur) is killing police officers and he himself informs about the murders to police officer Agashe (Anil Kapoor). But why is he killing police officers? You will get the answer when you watch the film.
The screenplay of the film is quite good. In the first half, you might feel that the things are taking a bit more time to get on track. But the second half is just mind-blowing. You will be on the edge of your seats to know what happens next. The movie has some really good romantic scenes and Suri gets the thrill element perfectly in the movie.
Aditya Roy Kapur is simply fantastic. He has acted amazingly and looks damn hot in his beefed up body. Disha Patani has performed very well. It is good to see her in a movie in which she has a full-length role to play. Anil Kapoor shines whenever he comes on the screen and Kunal Kemmu is mind-blowing. Elli AvrRam too leaves a mark with her performance.
Geet Sangeet (Music)
The songs in the film are damn good especially the title track that goes in the background throughout the film.
Nirnay (FilmyCurry Verdict)
Malang has everything a moviegoer wants; good story, entertaining narration, wonderful music and great performances.
