Nirmata (Makers)

Making a film with a backdrop of a soldier on a holiday to meet his family is surely a great idea. Irfan Kamal has successfully narrated this good concept. The best part is that there’s no forced patriotism in the film. Also, the movie has been shot wonderfully.

Alekh (Story) – Patkatha (Screenplay)

Shankar (Sooraj) a soldier gets a chance to go on a seven days leave but on eight day he has to come back to his base. But while he is leaving for his holiday his base-mates give him parcels to give it to their family. On his way, while he goes giving the parcels as a soldier he also starts helping people but because of this his days are being wasted. Will he be able to meet his family? And will he reach his base on time? Well, to find out you need to watch the film.

Well, the concept of the film is damn good. The writers have very well showcased the problems that the families of soldiers go through. It has some emotional moments that will choke you up. The love story has also been very attached to the narrative and it doesn’t look forced. All and all the writers have done a good job, just a better screenplay in first half could have done wonders.

Abhineta (Actors)

Sooraj Pancholi is good. It was a fantastic character and Sooraj has portrayed well but in some scenes he overdoes a bit. Megha Akash makes a strong debut and leaves a mark. Palomi Ghosh is damn impressive.

Geet Sangeet (Music)

The film lacks a chartbuster and that’s one negative point here. But the background is good.

Nirnay (FilmyCurry Verdict)

Satellite Shankar surely deserves a watch especially for our soldiers and their families.
